Great location that's close to many exciting attractions! the king room comes equipped with coffee/tea makers, a flat-screen TV showing satellite channels, and even a dining area 🌟.

Good old and interesting hotel located near Lake Lyell which is beautiful at all times or the day whether sunset, day time or sunrise as well as the scenic valley below. Affable staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. Spotlessly clean and absolutely perfect room and pleasant view. Stunning location among green hills with mountain views, and comfortable bedrooms. Marvellous and excellent breakfast with croissants and cereals. Very relaxing stay, as always.

stayed here for 2 days, liked the hotel, it was fairly clean with stunning and incredible location close enough to touristy atractions like the blue mountains or the jenolan caves.

The meals at Springmead B&B were gorgeous and brilliant. the location was fantastic, very close to Lake Lyell and Springmead. the staff at the hotel were amiable and accommodating throughout. I hope this revision meets your needs.

The view from our room at Springmead B&B was absolutely amazing. the hosts, Marjory and Greg, were so lovely and made us feel right at home. As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted to find that they offered great food options for us, with organic homemade muesli for breakfast and delicious vegetarian dinners available. the homemade bread and Marjory's lamb shank were a must-try. the location, although remote, was not far from Lithgow, making it a peaceful and relaxing getaway.
